SHIPPING

Shipping is $8 AUD and FREE Australia wide for orders over $70, shipping will be dispatched within 48 hours (weekend permitting) and will arrive within 5-7 business days.

Shipping is registered through Australia Post or Sendle depending on the business' needs. You will be notified once the item has been posted with a tracking number linked to your parcel. Ameos does not hold responsibility for lost parcels through the courier, if you have an item that has issues, please contact our Customer Service team at:  contact@ameos.com.au and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Express Shipping- Next day delivery

Express Shipping can be selected at checkout for $12 AUD. Select this option for next day delivery (metro cities only, ADELAIDE, SYDNEY, MELBOURNE). Shipping is registered through Australia Post or Sendle depending on the business' needs. You will be notified once the item has been posted with a tracking number linked to your parcel. Shipping - International - United Kingdom + United States

Shipping is $20.00 AUD for United Kingdom and United States Deliveries. Shipping will be dispatched within 48 hours (weekend permitting).

RETURNS 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your proof of purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 14 days of the purchase. Without a proof of purchase, you may receive an exchange or merchandise credit in the form of a gift card. Refunds for items returned after 14 days of original purchase date will be in the form of a gift card and will be returned at the current retail price. Items returned after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for a refund, merchandise credit or an exchange.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
